Starting from the Oval parking lot in Wakamow Valley, the 5-km (3.1 mi) and 10-km (6.2 mi) courses loop through the park. The action continues after the race with a variety of activities, food and drink.

TBA Wakamow Valley is having their annual Kids Day at Kiwanis River Park, from 11am to 3pm. It is an event that is featuring multiple games, inflatable slides, bounce castles, war canoes, burrowing owl, chickadee nature tours, SGI safety squad, wandering magician, broomfield family petting zoo, mascot appearances, face painting, concession stand, and much more!
